New Deadline for Passport Program Claims:
 

All claims up to and including March 31, 2026, must be submitted by March 31, 2027. 

 

Starting April 1, 2027, you will have 12 months after the end of each fiscal year (April 1 to March 31) to submit your Passport claims.

Support Worker Airfare Expenses:

Please note that PassportONE has informed CSCN that all support worker airfare expenses require a Pre-Approval Request form (PAR) submitted and approved before these expenses can be reimbursed.  Please contact your Passport Coordinator at CSCN for the PAR form.
